“I am passionate about using the most innovative and effective tools, techniques, and technology in restorative and cosmetic dentistry to give each patient a smile they can enjoy for a lifetime. My top priority is to ensure that every patient has a comfortable, positive experience so they are able to truly appreciate the link between excellent oral health and an improved quality of life. I love to see my patients smile with newfound confidence and pride.”

Education & Professional Development

Dr. T.J. Sprague earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Dentistry in 2012. Graduation honors included the Outstanding Senior Leadership Award and the American Student Dental Association Award of Excellence.

Dr. Sprague is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry where he is pursuing his Fellowship. He is also an active member of the Tulsa County Dental Association.

Personal Life

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sprague enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, playing golf, exercising and volunteering. Dr. Sprague and his wife, Lindsey, are active members of Asbury United Methodist Church. Dr. Sprague is on the Global Leadership Outreach Team at his church and actively participates in short term dental mission work. Dr. Sprague also volunteers with Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services and enjoys giving back by sharing the love of Christ with others.

I believe in establishing collaborative, trusting relationships with my patients so we can effectively work together to help them achieve their best state of oral health. I am dedicated to making significant, positive improvements in my patients’ lives.”

Education & Professional Development

Dr. Bob Mongrain received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1979 from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He served in the Indian Health Service before beginning a private practice in 1982.

Dental education is an ongoing interest for Dr. Mongrain. He has been an adjunct faculty member at Oral Roberts University and currently serves on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Mongrain lectures and conducts training seminars for dentists around the country and internationally. He is a leader in CAD/CAM dentistry and consults and trains for the E4D CAD/CAM crown system.

Dr. Mongrain is a member of the distinguished 3M Council for Innovative Dentistry. He currently teaches and trains for several dental manufacturers. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Federation Dentaire International, and the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Mongrain also serves as a Board Member of the Academy of CAD/CAM Dentistry.

Dr. Mongrain is an esteemed member of the Doctor Mastery Program. This five-year program consists of clinical training conducted by world-renowned clinicians; participants build on foundational skills and advance to mastery of the most complex dental care. Upon completion of this program, Dr. Mongrain will achieve a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a professional distinction of expertise held by only 7% of general dentists in the United States. 

Personal Life

Outside of the office, Dr. Mongrain loves to spend time with his wife, Dee and their two daughters. Dr. Mongrain believes in extending dental care to underserved communities and has traveled internationally on short-term mission trips. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Mongrain has been a dedicated firefighter and recently completed his career as a volunteer in Bixby.
